Good afternoon AYSA families! With this crazy weather it’s hard to believe that our opening day is only 2 weeks away. To help our girls get ready for the start of the season we are excited to announce that AYSA has engaged with Grit Academy Athletics to present a Spring Kickoff Clinic! This clinic will be next Saturday, 2/15, and will present professional coaches from Grit, a premier coaching academy here in Alpharetta, working with our girls on hitting, fielding, pitching and catching. And the best part – no cost to you!
Coaches, the clinic will be using the fields so there will be no individual team practices next Saturday (2/15). We strongly encourage to bring your girls as a team to make sure we take full advantage of this opportunity.
The clinic will be held at North Park on fields 1-4 (The Quad) and the schedule is as follows:
9:00 – 12:00 – 10U players
10:00 – 12:00 – 6U/8U players
1:00 – 4:00 – 12U/13+ players
We realize there are still other activities going on so even you can’t be there for the whole time you are welcome to come for as much as you can. This is a great opportunity for our girls and we ask that you make every effort to be there!
