The Alpharetta Youth Softball Association (AYSA) Board and the Alpharetta Recreation and Parks
Department retain the right to cancel or curtail activities due extreme weather conditions or adverse
field conditions.

Per the Hydration and Heat Related Guidelines outdoor activities must be canceled if the WBGT (Wet Bulb Globe Temperature) is over 92 degrees. Per the Cold Weather Policy the policy is as follows: If the official Alpharetta, GA temperature according to www.weather.com is forecasted to be 30 degrees or lower at the time of the scheduled practice or game, it is recommended that the scheduled event be cancelled. If the temperature reaches 25 degrees, it is mandatory the event be cancelled.
